Swollen Tonsil, White Spots On Left Tonsil, Stiff Neck. Tried Chloraesptic Spray. What Should I Do?

Hello, my name is Ty Franklin and I am 15 years old. For the past three days my right tonsil has been swollen. I am seeing white spots on the left side now. Also my neck is stiff and hurting on the right side. I tried using a chloraseptic spray, but it hasn t helped. I need to know what it could be and if i should go to the hospital.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute tonsillitis giving rise this problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like Azithromicin for 3 days.
Do salt water gargles.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
