i have a swollen right tonsil and i had spots all over my tonsils and throat but i have no pain at all . after 3 days im now becoming very sick like i have the flu or something. im always sweating and feeling like im gonna faint. i cant eat or drink anything besides water or i throw it up . i went to the ER after i noticed the white spots and they gave me a strep and mono test and both came back negative . i dont know whats going on ive never experienced this before and ive had strep throat ALOT . i just feel very out of it and not like myself . can you help me figure out whats going on ?
