Swollen Uvula, Difficulty Breathing, Cold, Sore Throat. History Of Using E Cigarettes. Suggest

hi i woke up this morning with a swollen uvula and i felt i could not breath, i have started using a e cigerette but have also had a cold,, which do you think it may be? i have not used the e cigerette today and although my throat is still very sore its not as swollen.
i am worried as my 1 year old has a temperature, and i am frightened that if it was an infection this morning then he may get it, and i worry he wont be able to breath
in the night

these are allergies and there is acute attack of allergy
you should use metronidazole 200 mg bd for 5 days to treat infection if any
add short course of tapering steroids for 5 days as you have swollen uvula which can cause chocing
take bronchodilator syp
add antiallergic tab ebastine 10 mg bd to reduce allergy
add antacid gel
and apply triamsolone mouth paint locally on parts of mouth effected
add analgesic sos for pain and fever
can do 3 wk
