Oral cancer mostly presents as either an unhealing ulcer of more than 3 weeks duration or more commonly as an ulceroproliferative (Cauliflower like), growth inside oral cavity. this growth will be unresponsive to any sort of medicinal therapy. The associated areas may feel numbness (Paresthesia). also, the lymph nodes of necks may show enlargement, tenderness (Painful on touch), and fixation to deeper anatomical structures in more advanced cases.. if it arises within jaw bones, teeth may become loose or bone may show expansion.

Hi.. Oral cancer can be asymptomatic diagnosed only by presence of oral lesions. It can cause pain, mass in the oral cavity, weight loss, loss of appetite.. Symptoms can be seen if there has been history of risk factors..
