TB Gold And Mantoux Positive. Low Grade Fever Persisting. What To Do?

I havw quqnteferon tb gold positive, mantoux positive, esr 70. Weight 72 kg, age 51 (M), low grade fever for last one month. TB treatment trated with ATK 4 + Benadon from 14th May. From today added R Cin 150 based on my weight. Still fever is there for 100 during evening time. When I can expect to respond these medicine. Kindly suggest

Hi,
Thanks for your query,
Positive Tb gold and raised ESR with symptoms of low grade fever highly suggests tuberculosis. Your treatment protocol is OK. usually it takes at least two weeks for the anti tubercular medication to relieve the symptoms. So continue the treatment and expect the recovery by a fortnight or month.
If possible take the medication especially the rifampicin empty stomach in the morning....
