Hello,

Zerodol Spas is a painkiller and usually given to alleviate menstrual cramp. You can use it safely and there is no relation with conceiving problem.

You should do unprotected sex close to your ovulation day (14 days prior to expected due date). You can use ovulation prediction kit in the mid cycle. Take Vitamin-E & Folic acid supplements for 3 months during preconception stage.
