Tailbone Has Been In Pain. Have Large Painful Bumps On Butt Cheeks, Hurts To Sit. Suggest?

For the past five days, my tailbone has been in a lot of pain. today I looked at it and there is two large painful red bumps on both sides of my buttcheeks right at the top. it hurts to sit, sometimes stand, I can't lay on my back or side without it hurting. I accidentally bumped my tailbone getting into my car and it hurt so bad I almost cried. I haven't fallen down or anything so I don't know why my tailbone hurts so much

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

You might have developed furuncles.

These are deep bacterial infections.

Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
