Taken Amoxicillin For Throat Pain. Swelling On Right Side, Hurts To Swallow

Hi, I am a 27 year old female. My throat has been hurting on and off for the past month. I have gone to a walk clinic where they have prescribed me Amoxixcillin. After taking that I then felt better for about 3 days, then my throat started hurting again mostly on the right side. Within hours my throat hurt so badly I couldnt talk, drink, eat and barely swallow so I went to the ER where they just gave me a ZPak. I started to feel better for almost a week and now, again, my right side is swelling up and it hurts to swallow.
