Taken Augmentin And Biaxin For Sore Throat. Have Lump In Throat, Ear Pain. Help

I got sick around July 4th with sore throat, and went in to an upper respiratory infection. Was given Augmentin, then went into trachea, and was changed to Biaxin..I had a terrible cough.. This eventually went away.. For the past week or so I started to have lump in my throat that migrates back and fourth but now stays on the left side and gives me terrible ear pressure/pain.. I went to my Primary who says everything looks clear and I went to ENT told me same thing, had scope up my nose as well, only thing was I had red vocal cords. I also grind my teeth and went to get a bite plate fitted for myself. I am taking Flonase, but when I lay down especially I am in excruciating pain.. I am at my wits.. end please help..>Thank you .. Hello,
Thank for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Amoxy+clauvnic & clarithromycin used and no relief.
Now you are feeling excruciating pain i.e.infection is still there.
In my opinion get in throat swab ( of effected part ) and get it for culture.
2nd option is take Levofloxacin 750 mg one / day in the night after meal .
You might develop mild degree dizziness so you will have to take pantoprazole along .
Anti septic solution will provide relief.
I have tried many patients this formula .
Take a piece of GINGER cut it into the size of a ice cube and chew in mouth till it end.
Mind it , it is very irritating but it will provide relief at once ( within 4-5 minutes)
