Taken Mifepristone Pill For Mtp. What Is The Dosage? Will Smoking Affect The Medication? Side Effects?
Hi, i ,m 43 days pregnent (last day of period 7th may)...i have bought cipla mtp kit, have taken one pill mifepristone today morning, so want to ask .. 1) there are 4tab (200 Mcg each) of misoprostol ..so after 48 hr shall i take 2 tab or 4 tab.. 2) are these more effective n fast orally or to be inserted in vagina. 3) I Smoke so will it effect negatively...or any specific side effects bcos of same Request quick reply

Hi Deepali,
1. After 48 hrs you can take 2 tablets and repeat the other 2 after another 12 hours.
2. Misoprostol is more effective vaginally.
3. Smoking will not adversely affect the abortion process, but affects your health in general.
