Hi,
Hypnoidd is an ayurvedic preparation meant for treating insulin resistance and polycystic ovaries. Fertisure is a vitamin supplement and so is B-long. You should be properly investigated with a complete hormonal profile, trans-vaginal sonogram as your symptoms could be due to conditions creating hormonal imbalance and you would need to go for hormonal supplementation for correction along with ovulation induction, timed intercourse under proper monitoring if you are trying to conceive. Hope this helps.
