Hi There,
Finasteride blocks an enzyme which converts testosterone to active ingredient dihydrotestosterone (DHT). This medicine is helpful in androgenic alopecia. However, it may not be useful in all types of hairloss. SOFER and Biona-E are vitamin tablets. Since there is improvement, you could continue to take these pills. Please continue Eltroxin as well.

Binu
