Taking Gedarel. Painful Cramps, Heavy Bleeding With Clots. Painful Breasts, Mood Swings. What To Do?
Hi, I am on gedarel 30/150 and have been taking these for the past 8 months after switching from marvellon 30/150. However, a week and a half before my period which was a week and a half ago I started having painful cramps exactly like period pain. My bleeding during my period was unusually heavy although it lasted 4 days. I had huge dark brown clots at the beginning and they got smaller towards the end. Now, a week and a half after my period, I still have the tummy cramps which occur several times during the day sometimes very painful, I am week and extremely moody. my breasts are painful at times but not too often. what can I do?

Hi, Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.
Everything you are feeling is because of gedarel, it has all the side effects that you mentioned here - mood swings, irregular heavy bleeding and painful breasts. So I recommend you stop taking them and go back to your previous pills, since they seem to suit you better.
I hope this answered your question.
