Taking Generess Fe. Missed Periods. White, Thick Breast Discharge. Cause?

I ve been on birth control for 3 years. I recently switched about 4 months ago to a new type. (Generess Fe) I missed two periods, got one, then missed again. I m sexually active but use condoms , birth control, and with drawl. So I don t think I m pregnant at all. But I noticed my breast looked dried up So I squeezed my nipple and it popped like a tiny pimple . A little bit of white thick stuff came out. Like a tiny dot. Now every time I look they look dry like something came out. Nothing on my bra or anything though. Is it from my birth control? Also my fiancé does stimulate my breast and sucks on them. Could that be a cause?

The thick white discharge from the breast could be related to a hormonal imbalance. Taking hormonal contraceptives can also cause such a discharge form breast. If the discharge persists then do get it investigated.
