Taking Solitral. All Test Normal. Have Frequent Urination And Urge But Trickles While Urinating. Advise?

I am taking Solitral capsule daily basis, i had undergone renal test ( was ok ) creatinine ( was ok ) and also scanning for prostrate ( was ok ) and complete organs ( was ok ) . I have frequent urination problem, the problem is when the feeling for urination comes , it is urgent, lot of pressrue is there and when i go for urination, it takes time to come out and it comes out in trickle.
is there a cure for this ?

Hello.His pathology is surely Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH).The drug you take has two components to improve their symptoms but not enough.
We have to improve their symptoms of urinary urgency and symptoms of obstruction to the outflow of urine.I treat my patients with Solifenacine 10 mg +Finasteride 5 mgr when BPH with many symptoms is the diagnosis.It is usually most effective treatment that you take.Please go to your doctor to consider change in the prescription.
