Taking A Lot Of Aspirin, Excedrin For Neck Pain, Headache Due To Steroid Shots, Burning Pain In Stomach. What To Do?

I have been taking a lot of aspirin, Excedrin and other meds for neck pain and a headache due to steroid shots I got yesterday. Now I have a burning pain in my stomach. If I back off the pills is there food I can eat that will make it get better without seeing a doctor?

burning in the stomach may be due to a number of reasons
first, there may be gastritis induced by steroids
steroid induced gastritis is one of the numerous side effects of steroids

besides aspirin
another known case of gastritis

i would suggest you stop your pain killers
get some proton pump inhibitors
and an endoscopy to find the extent of damage

as for your neck pain and headavhe
have your blood pressures checked
and get an mri brain and cervical spine

best of luck
