Taking Amoxicillin And Ciprodex For Ear Infection. Sneezing Now. Reason?
I am currently on antibiotics (Amoxicillin and Ciprodex) for an ear infection. Today is day six of antibiotics. My ear is finally starting to clear up; however, I am finding myself sneeze a great deal! Could this just be my body's way of trying to eliminate the germs in my system or is it possible that I'm getting a secondary infection?
hi, sneezing is generally as a result of allergy, it is also way in which the allergen will be thrown out (or the way in which body is trying to throw up the allergy causing agent). so, in addition to antibiotics, also take antihistamines like cetrizine 10 mg. may be you can stop antibiotic after 2 days, but continue antihistamines for 3-4 days.
wishing you good health
