MECONEURON injection contains mecobalamin 500 mcg whereas MCBM-69 tab contains mecobalamin 500 mcg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 10 mg and folic acid 5 mg Yes mecobalamin is safe in pregnancy. Regarding your injectable meconeuron you should inform your gynecologist about the same, ideally it should be stopped. All the best Take Care
