Taking Oxycodone Daily. Drug Test Shows Negative. Why?
I had a random drug test at my doctors office today. I take oxcycodone daily, 60mg per day, and I couldn't go pee right away so I drank a bunch of water and then the test came back showing there was nothing in my system. I no I have my meds in my system cause I take 60mg per day. Is it possible that my pee was too diluted and that's why it didn't show up? I weight 109lbs and take my meds regularly like im ordered to but I don't understand why my medication didn't show up?

I understand your concerns. The drug test shows negative because it probably did not test for opioids or you are not taking the medication oxycodone daily. I also wonder if you just gave a urine sample or another sample like maybe water or another person's pee. However, I hope your pain problems are under control.
