Taking Steroids For Lupus. Difference Is Size Of Testicles. Difficulty In Ejaculation After Kidney Transplantation. Cure?

Hi my husband has lupus and has been on steriods since adolescence , but is now 30 years old. He does have precum but when having an orgasm he does not ejaculate. One of his testicles is much smaller than the other one and he stopped ejaculating after his kidney transplant. We really want to concieve, but he is afraid of having another surgery. How do we find out if he produces sperm at all without a surgical procedure or is that the only option? What are the options for extracting his sperm since he does not ejaculate?

this is the case of anejaculation. he is also having one sided atrophied testis.u can use massager for ejaculation, but only under the guidance of andrologist. in most of the case this works. i hope u hubbys erection is normal.
