Taking Synthroid For Thyroid. Is My Blood Pressure Okay?
HI. I m a 42 year old male with blood pressure on average of 135/83. I am on androgel for low T and have low thyroid . I am taking the generic synthroid for the thyroid 180mg. Is this blood pressure ok? Do the medications have an impact on blood pressure? Is COQ10 worth the expense for blood pressure? I am active physically.
Hello, Good day. The blood pressure mentioned in your case is quite normal for someone of your age. Synthroid can have slight impact on blood pressure and in fact in some cases, it may even improve blood pressure. I do not consider COQ10 as a great supplement and worth for the money. It is useful in people with COQ10 deficiency. Regards Binu
