Hello
There is no problem for pregnancy
There is no harm - rather it is absolutely necessary - to continue the thyroid medicine
Make sure the dose is right - doctor will adjust depending on the blood test (TSH level) - it is MICROgram not milligram, as you have written
An endocrinologist is a specialised in this field / they may do a thyroid scan or blood test for antibodies.
Generally seems to be well / No problem
Good Luck
