Taking Thyroxine For Hypothyroidism. Trying To Lose Weight. Any Effective Medicine?

I currently have hypothyroidism and have been stabilised on 100ug thyroxine. I am still struggling to lose the weight I gained pre treatment. A few people have suggested duramine to increase metabolism short term. Is there any drug interaction with duraine and thyroxine and is it effective in this type of wweight loss?
