ive been taking 9 different vitamins a day to boost my testosterone my ejaculations have become huge my penis is so tight i cant pull the 4 skin back my testicles have grown and are like large oranges im 21 and 6ft 4 tall muscular and weigh 17 stone im seriously worried my testicles could burst there isn t any pain at all but the slightest peace of pressure on them is extreamly painful

You are a 21 years old and getting so many Vitamins and I think so many medicine just to boost testosterone level , but for what?
What do you want to prove ?
The testosterone over dosage are very dangerous and enlargement of testicles had proved it .
You may get so may side effects due to this testosterone boost as spermatogenesis, suppression, priapism, gynnaecomastia, prostatic hyperplasia.
In my opinion at once stop these drugs and wait for next 5-6 days .
Still enlargement of scrotum present then consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
