Taking Wysolone, Ecosprin, Acera After Cataract Which Caused Iris Damage, Artery Occlusion. Wysolone Increased Bp, Sugar, Cholestrol

Dear Dr,
My father had undergone a cataract surgery and because of the cataract was hard,his capsule and iris got damaged....after a few weeks an artery occlusion happened (Brao)..now he is having wyslone,ecospirin and acera...due to wyslone his pressure,sugar and cholesterol is high now.before surgery he was free from all these....he is physically totally down now...what can we do for his body and for his eye...please advise....

Hello
It seems from the history that your father had a complicated cataract surgery following which he is using tab wysolone for treatment of complications caused by cataract surgery.
Wysolone is a steroid and it is known to cause the problems like altered level of blood glucose levels and other problems which you have mentioned in the history.
The treatment for this is to stop the drug and replacing the drug like non steroidal antiinflammatory drug.
