HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

From your describing,it sounds as though it is an abscess which is a collection of pus.

The definitive treatment of an abscess is incision and drainage. Even though they may burst on their own, a small amount of pus may still remain that may result in recurrence, this risk is reduced with incision and drainage.
Antibiotics may also be needed.

Effective and prompt treatment would prevent any further spread or possible complications. It would be best to visit either your dermatologist or general practitioner as soon as possible.

I hope this helps
