Teenager. Healthy Lifestyle. Diagnosed With Possible Tachy Brady Syndrome And Tachycardia. Any Ideas?

My son was just diagnosed with possible tachy-brady syndrome. and some tachycardia. He is a healthy 16 year old who works out three or more times a week. He stays away from most bad foods, with the occasional splurge, and refuses to even drink tea, unless there is nothing else to drink. He does take vitamin supplements to help with his body's active life style, in case there is something missing from his meals. My question is what other reasons would there be for my son to have this condition?
