Teenager. Plugged Left Ear, Difficulty Hearing, Frequent Headache, Feeling Of Going Up In Plane. Suggest

My left ear has been plugged for about a month. It's hard to hear out of, and feels like going up in a plane. I feel this all the time. I have not been in a change in altitude in a year, or done any extreme harm to them. I get headaces often and it hurts sometimes. I'm 14 years old, but I can leaglly speak to a doctor without a parent consult. This hurts a lot. PLEASE respond A.S.A.P.
