Hello,
Mirena causes some amount of breakthrough bleeding and that what you are experiencing. It will take some time for the bleeding to reduce and eventually may stop after few years. These signs are all normal. If the bleeding is excess get some medication like tranexmic acid to help stop the bleeding.
