Tested For Eosinophil. Feels Tired, Shortbreath, Dizzy, Drowsy. Is It Affect From The Liver?

Dear doctor, could i ask you about interpreting lab test result, My husband test for Eosinofil : 4.2 GOT : 56 GPT : 108 Gamma GT (GGT): 131 Total cholesterol: 227 Trigliserida: 231 He feels tired, shortbreath, drizzy, drowsy, and at night he can sleep and sleep during daytime. Is it affect from the liver? He quit drinking long time,not smoking , age 32 and weight 83kg.

Your reports reveal elevated cholesterols and triglycerides. Your liver enzymes especially SGPT is also elevated significantly. Alcohol could be the probable cause. Besides this, his weight also could be a factor.

The symptoms you report cannot be completely related to liver damage. It would have been better if you had mentioned whether or not he has jaundice, has distended abdomen and the bilirubin levels.

Presuming he has no distended abdomen, has normal appetite and no evidence of jaundice, his current symptoms are not attributed to liver issues.

A detailed clinical examination by a competent physician is warranted to rule out sleep disorders, anemia and other medical illness.
