Your test results do look good enough to initiate the process of trying to conceive, but please note that yours will be a high-risk pregnancy and so please always keep your doctor in the loop. Even before you start trying to conceive, please visit your doctor and take his/her advise. There are numerous aspects and facts to be discussed which cannot be done through an online consultation in detail.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
