Testicle Discomfort, Muscle Cramp, Change In Shape. What Is The Reason?

Hi Dr. Samuel. One week ago my testicules went a little bit to high (that happened to me already many times in my live) and I push them gently down (as allways). But since that moment I felt, that my right testicle was not in the write position. And since then, I don´t really feel pain, but the whole time I feel unconfortable. Maybe unconsius I try to appart my right leg from my testicle in order no to do to much presure to it, and now the inner tight hurts like muscle ache. Each day since last week I try to see if something is wrose with my right testicle, but it seems to be the same. And it seems a little bit more horizontal and the upper part is like pointing more at the mittle of my scrotum. I make the love with my wife alredy 3 times, and I don´t felt any pain. I would really appreciate, if you could give me some advise.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Most likely you are suffering from retractile testis. Due to overactive testis muscle it can pull it up. It can be caused by low temperature. Usually this does not cause any pain.
However in case of pain or discomfort you should consult urologist. It may be caused by an inflammation of the testis, varicocele, or even inguinal hernia. Testis ultrasound should be done.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
