Testicular Torsion In My Lower Abdomen

Hi..i was trying to sleep and i started getting pain in my lower abdomen and pain in my left testicle..is this testicular torsion?

if it were to be  testicular torsion you would have been in ER with a surgery on the testicle and not comfortable puting it on the computer here.
