Hello Sir/Madam, Sir i would like to know the information about a statement in simple terms : Single intrauterine fetus in longitudinal cephalic presentation of app ga 27 w3d. Placenta fundal ga. i .no e/o gross anomalies at present gestational age cord round neck (Single turn). and even would like to know the information about risk in this case of pregnancy Regards .T. Thanks for your query.You have not mentioned whether this is you first pregnancy or about your previous deliveries.You have a normal head presentation and there is a a single twist of the cord around the neck .But do not worry.It is not uncommon to have a twist of the cord around neck.Nothing will go wrong if the length of cord is long .It is the compression of the cord that can happen during labor ,So pl have a regular check up every month and a hospital delivery
