Thank you. I have pinched nerve in shoulder and the pain is traveling into my neck. I can not move my head at all because of such bad pain and it's very hard to even be upright because my neck from supporting my head is painful. The shoulder pain is so bad that it is almost impossible to get out of bed. This just happened yesterday morning. What massage treatments in Ayurveda would be good for this
