Thank You. I Was Doing Some Bills, And I Dropped

Thank you. I was doing some bills, and I dropped my pencil and I was a little tired and walked accidently into the pencil. I was out the puncture wound and put hydrogen peroxide and alcohol on the wound. Then I put some antibotic ointment and cover the wound. Then I covered it with a band aid. Do I need to go to a Urgent Care facility. There was some bleeding but it stopped when I applied pressure and cold water on my foot. I felt like I was clumsy. Please advise.
