Thank You. My Mom Is 96 And Has Been Taking

Thank you. My mom is 96 and has been taking Act-Ramipril 5mg since the beginning of 2015 and is having bad side effects of the drug. My questions is, would you be able to tell me of the side effects of this drug. I would really appreciate it. She has a very bad cough that won't go away. She is also suffering from very bad panic attacks. She's been in the hospital many times through out the last 5 years and there is nothing they can do about this. We do have a doctor but she is really bad so I hope you can help me with this problem. Thank you.....................
