S/p gastric bypass 4wks started back to wk half days. Came down with diarrhea and chills. Contacted surgeon-her nurse was definite it was not surgery related. Told to see pcm. Had work up have c. Diff, places on flagel tide stay at home. Was told I could return to wk after 5days of meds. I wk for a internist/infectious dz physician who says I can come back to wk but my question is am I still contagious and if so for how long? I don't have any reason to question him.
