Thank you yes. My 84 year old mother was set to have a colonoscopy this past Tuesday morning and she took the prep on Monday and she is very bloated so we called dr. Monday to cancel . Her stomach hurts very badly
She is not eating much.
She had gastritis in May and then bleeding in stools most of summer. We did endoscopy about 6 weeks ago and only gastritis was found. Did still samples and was then scheduled for colonoscopy this past Tiesday at 6 am. Only she became very bloated after starting the prep. Lots of strange noises coming out of her stomach. Burping a lot now but other days it sounded like waterfalls. She does have diabetes.
