Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The hysterosalpingography (HSG) done on uterus and bilateral tubes is done to check any structural abnormality of uterus and / or patency of bilateral fallopian tubes. The HSG report shows that uterus is normal in shape and size. The right fallopian tube is patent but the left one shows obstruction. There can be various causes for obstruction like past infection, adhesions etc.
However, conception can take place with single patent fallopian tube.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
