Hi Doctor: I m Ferdous from Bangladesh, age - 48 years, Weight - 90kgs. Last week, I did USG of my upper abdomen upon suggestion of my family doctor. The report says that I ve Hepatomegaly with Fatty change (Grade II). My AST & ALT are both very high. My anti-HCV, HBsAg, Anti--HBc (total) are Non-reactive.
