The Inside Of My Bumm Cheeks Are Really Red And

The inside of my bumm cheeks are really red and inflamed and they also bleed when i wipe, its been like this for 3/4 days and i have been applying sudo cream but it has not changed its not getting better and its not getting worse but id really want it just to go away and would like some advice because im embarrassed to go to a doctor and have it checked out.
