The Left Breasts Are Not As Round As The Right One And Feeling Of Little Pieces Moving Around On Applying Pressure.

Hi, for the last days I ve noticed that my left egg seems broken. It ain t as round as my right one and it has like little separated pieces of something arround it that seems to move arround if I pressure them. It doesn t hurt. I m 16 years old, weight about 130lb and 173 centimiters.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Before periods some amount of pain etc can be seen in breasts due to hormonal influence.
That can be attributed to some changes in the breast.
The pieces you mentioned could be lactoferous ducts or rarely those could be small fibroadenomas.
If your symptoms persist, once consult gynecologist or general surgeon and get examined.
If she recommends go for sonomammogram.
If those are lactoferous ducts, no intervention is needed.
If masses are found, you may need fine needle aspiration biopsy.
If that shows benign nature of the masses, no need to worry.
Large size masses may need to get removed.
