The Night After I Had A Hysterectomy I Went To

The night after I had a hysterectomy i went to reach for something and i felt a sharp pain in the right side of my lower belly. I take my pain meds and i don't feel pain in my other two incisions, only pressure, but this one hurts when i move or when I stand....did I pull or overstrech something?
