hi sir i. from chennai,vinoth,student bachelor ,virgin,my age is 23,my weight is 70 ,my height is 5.9 ,i have been musterbating almost 5 years.nowadays my penis doesn t get harder,and my penis size is small only,but that time it will come some more inches ,if anyhow penis gets harder,becomes soft after 4-5 seconds later.i ve not taken any medicines for this problem.so,can t give pleasure to my girlfriend like before.please suggest me what kind of medicines and food have to take?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been indulged in frequent masturbation since 5 years and now facing problems related to your sexual activities.

Following measures will help to boost up your level of confidence and allay anxiety and there by improve your sexual performance,
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
