It depends on the severity and location of the heart attack. There can be very mild ones that only affect a small area of the heart, and the person will live. There can be moderate heart attacks where more heart tissue dies, but the rest of the heart can compensate well enough. There can be massive heart attacks where the person dies rather quickly. It depends on the severity of the blockages, where they are, what heart muscle is affected and how long before treatment, if any, is administered. Strange question. Why do you want to know.
