The Ultrasound Scan Shows An Enlarged Left Ovary And A Fibroid Anteriorly In The Lower Uterine Region. What Does This Mean?

Hi I just got done a pelvic ultrasound and here what the result is The uteros is of normal size, it is anteverted and midline. There is a fibroid anteriorly in the.lower uterine region. The fibroid measures 21mmx19mmx16mm. There is no endometrial thickening with the endometrium measuring 2.2mm. No focal.endometrial pathology is.evident. The left ovary is enlarged having a volume.od 28cc. The ovary shows a 3.9x3.0cm septated cyst. The right ovary has a volume of 7.8cc and does not.show.any cysts or mass lesions. No adnexal pathology is evident. No free.fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas. Could you please let me.know.what this means and if dangerous? Im virgin and this is worrying me. Will this.affect.me in.the.future.if I want to get pregnant? What about menopause? Im 36. Please let me.know I.will appreciate your help on.what this.Is all.about Anonimous
