There Is A Big Growth In My Vagina. Please Help

Hi i wanted to know what does it mean when you have a big growing ball in your vaginal hole because it looks really big but it doesn't hurt at all.I wasn't too concerned at first because i thought it will go away but it hasn't and i am getting a bit worried. what can it be? Is it something serious?
