You need an urgent examination by a doctor and also an Urgent Ultrasound scan of the testis and urine test , to make sure there is nothing sinister.

hello... get examined. by your doctor first.... n for the pain swelling take take belladona 200 one dose in the morning and second dose at night for 2 days..its a homeoapthic medicine so safe,sure n faster results..
