Thinking Of Tubal Ligation After Deliveries Via C-section. What Are The Chances Of Bad Scar Tissue?

I am 38 yo white female. I have 3 boys ages 18, 13, and 5. I had all three boys via cesarean section. I am now contemplating having my tubes tied. I have been married for 20 years to the same wonderful man and I dont want to go on the pill any longer. My question is, after 3 sections that were vertical cut on my abdomen , what are the chances of really bad scar tissue? to the point that the procedure couldnt be done laprascopicly?

Although previous cesarean sections do have a chance of creating intra abdominal adhesions thatmight make laproscopy difficult but there are still good chances to get it done if your previous scars were good with no post op complications
